The Place Plan for Stranraer sets out the vision for development over the next 10 years. In 2023 clear priorities were identified gathered from engagement with the community and local organisations. The Rank Stranraer's 5 million Place Plan Priorities activity, ran from 31/05/2023 to 30/06/2023, with 601 responses to the survey. The priority projects are now being considered for BTIP development for potential funding through the Borderlands Growth Deal.
